Through focus groups run in Australia, the U.S., and China, TSI tested six different brand concepts for Swisse vitamins. Our goal was to develop an aligned, global brand strategy through understanding which territories would work best across the three markets.
One of Australia’s largest milk producers engaged TSI to conduct qualitative research in South Korea for infant milk formula. We identified five key insights for the category to help our client have a deep understanding of local consumers and create adaptations that would resonate.
