Yang works as an Innovator with TSI, supporting the research and concept development for client innovation projects. His strengths lie in empathy and creative thinking, which he uses to deliver concepts that speak to customers' needs while retaining value for clients.

Yang's mixed background in business, food innovation, and design helps him understand problems from integrated perspectives and then develop insights that speak to the brand experience. Having lived, studied, and worked across six different countries in both North America and Europe, Yang is comfortable working in an international setting. He is also an expert in understanding the underlying cultural contexts behind customer behaviour.
