How have we helped our client partners succeed?
TSI worked with Kjeldsens Butter Cookies to develop four new product platforms and twelve positioning statements. We conducted secondary research and semiotic pack analysis to identify a number of new product territories, occasions, and concepts for one of China’s most beloved brands.
Goodman Fielder engaged TSI to conduct new product development research across China, Viet Nam, and the Philippines. Our work identified opportunities, similarities, and differences within and between these three markets, in an innovation session that fast-tracked the creation of eight new product concepts.
We uncovered 60 new product flavours for an Australian client, SunRice, and worked with Chinese consumers via WeChat to highlight the top 15. TSI then continued this work through quantitative surveys that optimised our client’s portfolio for the market.
